CONFIRMATION GROUP SPONSORED WALK:
A few weeks ago several members of the Confirmation group, some parents, friends and catechists completed a sponsored walk in aid of Mary’s Meals. Together we raised a total of £578.55. Until March 2019 the government will double money given to Mary’s Meals, so, with this, we raised enough to provide meals for over 80 children at school for the whole school year. Well done to everyone who completed the walk and thank you very much to everyone who sponsored us. A particular thank you goes to Betty and Marion Buggy who together raised over a third of the total amount. For more information about the good work Mary’s Meals does go to www.marysmeals.org.uk
